During the meeting

When you open a meeting with the status Ready or Started.
We will be going through each part of this page.
Note, that most of the data seen here was made during the preparation: Preparing for a meeting

Top Bars

This will seem familiar as it is seen on every page in SalesNote.
You have 3 buttons here: 
  1. External Page: Opens the page you can send to external attendees. For more information see External Page
  2. Meeting Preparation: Go back to the preparation of the meeting, for more information: Preparing for a meeting

Title Bar

This will contain the Title of the meeting, as well as the Start and End date of the meeting.
On the right side you will see the button , this opens the media menu.
The media menu has 2 tabs:
Meeting Media
You will see the items you added during prepration.
You can click on the items to open them.
On the bottom you will see 2 buttons:
Add Media: through this way you can add images or files on the fly.
Scribble: A special type of media which opens a canvas so you create your own media items. The part under this will explain all the options of the scribble.

Scribble
The Scribble is a blank canvas you can use as you please.
You have the following options:
 Select a part from the canvas
Crop the selected part of the canvas
Pixelize the selection
 Draw straight lines (Hold Shift to stick to 45° degree angles)
 Draw arrows (Hold Shift to stick to 45° degree angles)
Draw a square (Hold Shift to keep the original shape)
Draw a circle (Hold Shift to keep the original shape)
 Free drawing
 Eraser
 Type text
 Rotate the canvas
 Resize or scale the canvas
 Undo the last change
 Change the background-color of the canvas (This will clear your current canvas)

System options:
Save the scribble
 Open an exisitng item of media on your device
 Close the scribble

After saving the scribble a new dialog will open where you can change the name of the scribble

Theme Media
You will see the items you added in either Theme Management or Media management.
You can click on the items to open them.

Theme Overview

When you open the page you can first select a Theme to start with. When you open a Theme, it will always be marked as Mentioned.
You can also add a new theme in case you need to.

Theme Questions

This page is the main page during your meetings and is based on your questions that you added in the Questions.
Based on the type of question, you can answer the questions and fill out everything you wanted out of the meeting.
A card can have many icons on top which helps you during the conversation:
 Important Question: This question is important and should be completed
Comment: If the question allows comments and a comments was added
Description: A description was added as extra information for this question. Hover over the icon to see the information.

On the bottom of the question you can attach Media that is available during this meeting.
Click the  icon to select the media items.

Side Menu's

Theme Selection

On the right side you can open a Theme.
The themes under  are the themes you have selected.
If you see the  Icon , you still need to answer important questions for this theme.
The themes under  are the themes you have not selected, but can still open them if they come up. They will be added automatically.

Notes

On the left side you can open the notes with this button: .
You can add or edit small notes during the meeting that are not connected to the questions.
Title: Title of the note
Notes: Notes that you want to save
Theme: Theme that is connected to this

Follow-up Tasks

On the left side you can open the follow-up tasks with this button: .
You can add or edit small notes during the meeting that are not connected to the questions.
Title: Title of the task
Notes: Description of the task
Deadline: Deadline of the task
Internal: If you want the task to be visible externally

Contacts/Internal Users

On the left side you can open the contacts/internal users in the meeting this button: .
You can add or edit contacts here.
This form is the same as the form inside the Settings Contact Page.

Companies

On the left side you can open the companies in the meeting this button: .
You can edit companies here. You cannot add companies, these should be linked to a participant of the meeting.
This form is the same as the form inside the Settings Company Page.
