Meeting Types

Meeting Types

Location: Settings > Meetings

With the button Add New Type you can add a new meeting type.

After creating a new type it will appear in the list.
In the list you have some extra buttons:
  1.  Edit type
  2.  Delete type
Clicking the type will open it and show some general information.

In the detail page of the meeting type you have 4 tabs:

Default preparation tasks

You can add a preparation task here so that it will always be added when you have a type of this meeting.
Title: Title of the meeting
Notes: Extra notes the user can edit aftwerwards.
Days/Hours before meeting: Amount of time before the meeting this task's deadline should be (Always uses the start time of the meeting)

In the list you have the following option:
  1.  Edit task
  2.  Delete task

Default follow-up tasks

You can add a follow-up task here so that it will always be added when you have a type of this meeting.
Title: Title of the meeting
Notes: Extra notes the user can edit aftwerwards.
Days/Hours before meeting: Amount of time after the meeting this task's deadline should be (Always uses the start time of the meeting)
Internal Task: If the task is for you internal only or not.

In the list you have the following option:
  1.  Edit task
  2.  Delete task

Default themes

You can add themes here so that it will be selected by default for this type of meeting
When you add media, you can select from the existing list of media or add new media.
In the list you have the following options:
  1.  Delete theme

Default meeting media

You can add media here so that it will always be added when you have a type of this meeting.
When you add media, you can select from the existing list of media or add new media.
When selecting you have the following options:
  1.  Open media
  2.  Edit media
  3.  Delete media
In the list you have the following options:
  1.  Open media
  2.  Set media as Default External Video
  3.  Delete media
